
Pillar Consulting Group performed the structural analysis and designed the structural framing for this 12,000 square foot, heavy timber and reinforced concrete ski lodge situated at 6,500' at Crystal Mountain in Washington, where ground snow loads exceed 600 pounds per square foot.

A six-story, mixed use building program required creative thinking for this urban infill project. As the Structural-Engineer-of-Record, Pillar Consulting Group designed a hybrid deep foundation system and steel eccentrically braced-frames to meet the projects requirements.

When the owner approached our design-build team needing two hazardous industrial occupancy buildings designed within eight weeks, Pillar Consulting Group delivered. Working closely with the contractor to develop structural framing solutions which could be executed in a fast-track manner, our team successfully completed the design on schedule.
